When a car is overly dominating the field and having many many consecutive wins, does management plan to do a mandatory addition of weight? Maybe after 3 consecutive win's the track should have a rule of adding weight. Also what will be the rules on a locked differential ?

Having all of the rules for what you can and can't have is fine, but if you don't tech for them or can't tech for them, they probably should be taken out. In honest opinion people are going to use these after market parts because at the end of the day, they are NOT being caught while being teched or just not teched at all! The major concern for me is actually getting cars teched the way they should and people being penalized for on track BS!

On any given night anything within the rules with a competitive edge can be teched. I will be much more involved in tech next year, as I was teching these things for years.
